Broker's Comments
This Falcon 234 SPC is a great little Sport Cruiser that offers lots of space and accommodation for a boat of this size.
She will comfortably sleep 4 persons and has a separate galley area , separate heads and two double berths.
Some TLC / updates internally would improve the overall appearance of this boat .
The engines and outdrives were overhauled in 2014 and the boat has had little use since.
The boat also has a twin axle braked road trailer which will be included.
The owner has also pre paid mooring fees for this season and would be prepared to transfer this to the new owner if this was of interest, this would be a separate negotiation.
