Vetus, developer of boat systems, has appointed Rebecca Lancashire as sales manager for Florida and the US Gulf region.

As Vetus sales manager in Florida and the US Gulf, Lancashire will manage Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. Lancashire will focus on managing relationships with boatbuilders, dealers, distributors, and partners in these regions, and supporting the Maxwell superyacht division.

Lancashire joins from KVH Industries. She has previously worked as crew on vessels ranging from classic sailing yachts to superyachts.

“As the Vetus and Maxwell business is growing with both OEM and aftermarket, it is vital for us to support our customers,” says Chris DeBoy, president of Vetus Maxwell USA. With Rebecca’s background and industry experience, she will be able to provide the in-person account management that our customers require.

“Rebecca will also be working closely with our manufacturers’ representatives from ComMar Sales, and we are excited to see her flourish and grow the business within her territory.”

Last month, Vetus appointed Kevin Theuns as sales manager for the Netherlands and Belgium. Theuns will manage the middle and southern parts of the Netherlands and Belgium, and the northern part of the Netherlands will be managed by Vetus’ office in Grou.
