Superyacht brokerage and service firm Camper & Nicholsons has made two key appointments, strengthening its management teams.

Callum Peden (pictured above) joins Camper & Nicholsons as group marketing director from Y.CO in Monaco where he’s spent the last 15 years building and leading the marketing team.

Camper & Nicholsons says Peden’s ability to understand brand values and translate them into real world experiences across a variety of different media will be instrumental to the development of its brand.

“My background and experience has led me to take a client-centric approach to building brands and implementing marketing strategies,” says Peden. “By looking at the client experience, and how we can use modern marketing and brand techniques to enhance that journey, we are able to design interactions with clients that add real value and build brand equity.

“I am extremely proud to have been given the opportunity to work with a brand as rich in heritage as Camper & Nicholsons. I look forward to sharing a fresh perspective with the team as we work to develop and grow that brand in markets around the world.”

Paolo Casani, group CEO, comments: “Callum has an impressive and proven track record in the industry. With his motivation to contribute to the company’s growth, I have total confidence that he will be a strong leader and an important asset for the future of Camper & Nicholsons.”

In addition, the company has appointed Julie Bichon as global head of charter management to develop the charter fleet and lead its charter management team.

Joining Camper & Nicholsons with 14 years of charter management experience, including three years at Hill Robinson, Bichon will be working out of the Monaco office.

Bichon says: “I am delighted to join a company with such a strong brand and heritage. The team is incredibly strong, and I look forward to fostering collaboration and generating new ideas to enhance the success of the company’s charter fleet.”
