Caudwell Marine to relocate headquarters

British marine propulsion technology firm Caudwell Marine is set to relocate to a new dedicated manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in February 2025.
The move consolidates the company’s outboard production line and headquarters into a single site in Coventry, ahead of the planned launch of its AX300 diesel outboard later this year.
Caudwell Marine says the relocation is intended to integrate its engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams within one location, supporting a more streamlined production.
“Our new Coventry headquarters represent more than just a change in our address — they are a statement of our ambition and confirm our commitment to building world-beating solutions for the global marine marketplace,” said Sarah Simpson, CEO of Caudwell Marine. “By bringing our production line and support functions all under one roof in Coventry, we’re creating an environment where engineering innovation, manufacturing efficiency and collaborative teamwork can thrive. This ensures that we’re well prepared for our exciting outboard launch later this year.”
Founded by entrepreneur John Caudwell in South Africa in 2006, Caudwell Marine focuses on marine propulsion technology development. The new premises will provide additional production capacity, office space and a technology test facility, with the facility designed to accommodate future growth.
