A new superyacht management company, Dean & Waters, will present its range of services for the first time at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show (27-30 September 2023).

The firm is led by industry veteran Nicholas Dean, who served as managing partner at brokerage firm Ocean Independence from 2005-2022.

In a statement, Dean & Waters says it is ‘redefining the landscape of conventional superyacht management’ with ‘personalised solutions to seamlessly merge an owner’s lifestyle with the performance of vessel and crew.’ The company says takes a tech-first approach and its team ‘thrives on smoothly integrated processes, rooted in values of transparency and knowledge.’

The firm spans a team of maritime professionals who have experience in technical, operational and financial management, encompassing the management of new builds and refits.
