Dynamiq appoints exclusive dealer in Turkey
Monaco-based superyacht builder Dynamiq has appointed Candas Balci of BLC Yachts as its exclusive dealer in the Republic of Turkey.
Based in Göcek, Balci is an industry veteran with a naval architecture background.
“It’s a great pleasure to find an ambassador like Candas, who is experienced, energetic and understands what sets Dynamiq apart,” says Sergei Dobroserdov, CEO of Dynamiq. “Since our production is based here in Turkey, we’re excited to offer Turkish owners something completely different while still being close to home.”
Dynamiq says the partnership will ‘further establish it as a strong player in the 35-metre to 65-metre segment’ and is a ‘major step forward’ for both companies.
The news comes a few weeks after Dynamiq launched its refit and conversion operations in its facility in the Antalya Free Zone, in the south of Turkey.
Dynamiq says its facility in Antalya, a designated low-tax zone and boatbuilding hub, can now accommodate superyachts up to 65 metres (215 feet) for bespoke refits.
The first vessel to participate in the refit programme is the 39-metre Dynamiq superyacht M/Y Jetsetter (delivered 2016), which has already arrived at Dynamiq’s facility for a comprehensive refit.
Dynamiq currently has its flagship 50-metre yacht under construction in its Antalya shipyard.
