Feast this Autumn
Weymouth is gearing up for the return of FEAST Weymouth, a two-week celebration of dining out that runs from 1 – 15 November.
This seasonal event, organised by We Are Weymouth (Weymouth’s Business Improvement District), brings together a wide range of menus, encouraging locals and visitors to experience the town’s thriving food scene. During FEAST Weymouth, participating venues will offer exclusive discounts and special set menus, allowing diners to explore everything from traditional pub fare to fine dining experiences. Highlights include 20 per cent off meals, special set menus from £10 and unique offerings such as two-course Sunday dinners for £16. Each restaurant has its own set of deals, with bookings required in advance quoting “FEAST24”.
Venues include Weymouth favourites such as The Black Dog, The Marlboro, Bacaro and The Spice Ship, among many others, with a wide variety of cuisines and dining experiences available.
Dawn Rondeau, Chief Operations Officer at We Are Weymouth, said: “ We all know that these months just before Christmas are often tough for our community as people budget for Christmas. We Are Weymouth feels it’s imperative that we do all we can to support our local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and bars protecting local jobs in these quieter months. This is the last FEAST of 2024, and we’ve been excited to see it grow throughout 2024.
“15 businesses are taking part in FEAST offering special menus that allow every visitor to get a real feel for a bar or restaurant they may not have been to before. FEAST Weymouth is all about celebrating the vibrant and diverse food culture we have in this beautiful coastal town. It’s a great opportunity for people to come together, support local businesses, and enjoy some incredible meals. Keep an eye on the We Are Weymouth social media for all the information.”
