First Nolimits superyacht sold two weeks after brand’s launch
Italian boatbuilder Rossinavi has sold the first unit in its Nolimits NL45 series to an American client, just two weeks after the global launch of the shipyard’s Nolimits brand.
Already under construction and scheduled to be launched at the end of 2025, this 45 metre, all-aluminium yacht will have an exterior design by Fulvio De Simoni Studio and interiors by The Touch Studio.
The yacht, which is just under the 500 GT limit and has a 9.1m moulded beam, will have an indoor gym connected to an outdoor beach club area, four guest cabins on the lower deck, a formal salon and dining area, a full-beam owner’s suite with private office and his-and-hers bathrooms on the main deck, an alfresco dining area and a more intimate sky lounge on the upper deck, an outdoor lounge and pool area on the foredeck, and a 110 sqm sundeck.
Performance-wise, equipped with two Cat C32 engines developing 1,193 bkW each, the NL45 will have a top speed of 15kn and a cruising range of over 4,000 nm at 10kn, according to the builder.
The lineup of the Nolimits fleet consists of five all-aluminium yachts between 30 to 45 metres. The yachts will all be built in Italy, with exterior design by Fulvio De Simoni. All the vessels are sub-500GT.
“After a long experience in building yachts from 500 to over 2,000 GT, it is time to carry this kind of technical vision also into yachts from 30 to 45 metres,” said Federico Rossi, COO of Rossinavi, during the brand’s official launch in mid-February.
“[These] vessels are suitable for long voyages and spending long periods offshore while maintaining the same philosophy of luxury and functionality of a superyacht category.”
The fleet comprises the Nolimits 30, Nolimits 37, Nolimits 37+, Nolimits 45 and Nolimits 45+. The yachts all have similar features, including high windows, a wide and stable hull and a spacious sundeck.
Rossinavi says the fleet is conceived as heavy-duty, and the Nolimits brand aims to offer the ‘maximum experience’ in terms of space distribution, crew areas, stability, comfort and safety.
