Costa Jbeily - Boatshed Greece

Costa started working with Boatshed Greece in November 2017.

Before becoming an agent with Boatshed, Costa used to work as a Marine Consultant from 1996; Handling boat registrations, Companies formation, insurance and custom brokerage.

Costa loved his adventure when he departed from Piraeus on a sudden trip to Salamis island; the closest island to Athens in the Saronic gulf of Greece to have seafood and fresh fish. Another memorable trip he had (although not for the right reasons!) was where he sailed with 8 friends, five of them wanted to be the master instructing and commanding all the time. It was the worst trip he ever made and he ended doing most of the jobs on board with 3 other mates serving the fantastic 5 heroes! Oh and there was the time he fell from the passerelle with all his documents, phone and laptop!

Sivota and Parga in the Ionian Sea are his favourite place to go boating and his furthest trip was the tour of Peloponnese. Doing this voyage is like visiting all of Greece as there are all types of harbours and marinas, so many fishing villages that reminds him of Greek islands. The place he likes most in Peloponnese is Finikounda.

Costa has an 11 month old, adorable boxer puppy who he is really enjoying spending his spare time with.

Fun Facts about Costa....

  • Besides the Greek souvlaki, he loves tuna mayo and buffalo fried chicken as his favourite sandwich filling
  • He likes to drink vodka with lemon juice
  • His favourite colour is blue or black
  • His first pet was a dog called Milou

If he travelled to a Desert Island he would definitely arrive on a sailing boat. He loves reading historical books, philosophical or esoteric books. Even though he likes all kinds of music, being on a deserted beach, he would prefer relaxing chillout music with a nice cocktail! Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons, The Weekend or Placebo.

Finally we have all been restricted with our travel movements over the last year, however once we are able, Costa would like to visit London, Larnaca in Cyprus and Elafonisi in Chania Crete
