US boat dealer and marine services provider the Boat House Group has promoted Rick Gasaway to president, effective immediately.

Gasaway originally joined the Boat House Group in October 2009, initially serving on the board of directors during the inception of the business in Cape Coral, Florida. He later transitioned into a consulting role, providing support during a period of rapid expansion and dealership acquisition. For the past six years, Gasaway held the position of chief operating officer, successfully managing operations, regional teams and marketing.

“As the Boat House Group focuses on adding quality dealerships and fostering team development, Rick’s role as President is more critical than ever,” says Kevin Code, CEO. “I will now dedicate more of my time to further business growth and developing additional leaders for the coming years.”

In a media statement, Boat House Group says that, as president, Gasaway will concentrate on day-to-day operations and the integration of new dealerships and teams.
