Hong Kong-based brokerage firm Asia Yachting has merged with BlackOrange, a full-service superyacht charter and brokerage company with a global presence.
Asia Yachting is an exclusive private yacht dealership and brokerage based in Hong Kong with a presence throughout Asia. The company services cover new boat ownership, pre-owned brokerage, yacht management and related yachting services, with a portfolio including Monte Carlo Yachts, Prestige, Fountaine Pajot and Nautique across the Asia region.
BlackOrange is a growing brokerage company specialising in superyachts, ranging from 30 metres to over 155 metres in length. Additionally, they serve as the exclusive dealership for Admiral Tecnomar Yachts, presenting the Italian Sea Group in the Middle East.
In the new partnership, Asia Yachting and BlackOrange are set to expand their superyacht brokerage business to new horizons.
“BlackOrange is a dynamic independent company with megayacht sales and charter business that, when partnering with Asia Yachting, will allow us to accelerate our strategic growth plans,” says Olivier Besson, Founder and chief executive of Asia Yachting.
Greg Gheraia, director of BlackOrange adds: “Taking this step will make us even stronger and more effective in ensuring our clients’ best interests. Join us at the upcoming yacht shows in Cannes and Monaco to witness the first wave of our exciting new developments.”
BlackOrange, now part of Asia Yachting Group, will continue to operate as a standalone brand, with Gheraia remaining at the helm.
