Wider signs dealer agreement for Singapore and Hong Kong
Italian shipyard Wider has appointed Greater Bay Yachts as its exclusive dealer for Singapore and Hong Kong.
The agreement encompasses the distribution of Wider’s entire serial line, including the 18.9-metre all-aluminium WiLder models.
Greater Bay Yachts, which is based in Hong Kong, will be the primary point of contact for clients in Singapore and Hong Kong who want access to Wider’s models.
“We are thrilled to partner with Greater Bay Yachts as our exclusive dealer for Singapore and Hong Kong,” says Marcello Maggi, head of W-Fin Sarl, the holding company that owns Wider. “Their reputation for professionalism and their deep understanding of the market make them the ideal partner to represent the Wider brand in these key regions.”

Justin Tse, Greater Bay Yachts director, adds: “Our collaboration with the visionary Italian yacht builder Wider is a great opportunity for us. Their commitment to technological innovation has resulted in remarkable vessels like the WiderCat 92 and other impressive monohulls.
“Wider’s forward-thinking approach truly embodies the future of yachting, and we are honored to embark on this journey together with Wider.”
Greater Bay Yachts will attend the upcoming edition of the Singapore Yachting Festival, which runs from 25 to 28 April 2024.
In January, Wider appointed Norberto Ferretti, co-founder of Ferretti Yachts, as honorary president of its board as part of an overall brand restructuring. Massimo Iacono, already part of the firm’s executive body, stepped up to lead the board.
