Yanmar Marine appoints new dealer for recreational boats in Indonesia
Yanmar Marine International Asia has appointed Yacht Sourcing as the new dealer of its recreational boats in Indonesia.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with Yanmar and bring their exceptional yachts to Indonesia,” says Boum Senous, chief executive of Yacht Sourcing. “Yanmar’s commitment to innovation, performance, and quality aligns perfectly with our values. This partnership allows us to offer our customers a wider selection of best-in-class yachts to suit their specific needs and desires.”
Founded in 2016, Yacht Sourcing is an Indonesian-born yachting and marine leisure company headquartered in Bali. The company currently represents brands such as Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Senous, Takacat, and Polycraft and was recently awarded an exclusive dealership by Gulf Craft for Indonesia.
Yanmar is a Japanese manufacturer of diesel engines, heavy machinery, and agricultural machinery. In 2020, it established a new company, Yanmar Marine International Asia, to support the growth of its marine business in the region.
Under the management of Netherlands-based Yanmar Marine International (YMI), Yanmar Marine International Asia develops and produces boats and marine equipment in the Asia region, including Japan.
Through the new collaboration with Yanmar, Yacht Sourcing will offer comprehensive sales, service, and support for Yanmar’s yachts across Indonesia.
Yacht Sourcing says its team will provide a ‘hassle-free ownership experience’, from choosing the yacht to keeping up with its maintenance and after-sales support.
