Beneteau appoints Taiwan dealer
Beneteau has appointed Amal Yachting as the brand’s exclusive dealer for Taiwan. The French boat brand, which is represented by Asiamarine (sailboats) and NextWave Yachting (powerboats) in Hong Kong, says the move underscores its strengthening presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Amal Yachting will represent Beneteau powerboats and sailboats in Taiwan. The brand was previously represented by Simpson Marine, which was acquired by Italian boatbuilder Sanlorenzo in 2023.
“I am thrilled to announce our new partnership with Amal Yachting in Taiwan,” says Erwan Her, Beneteau Asia-Pacific sales director. “As a natural progression to solidify our position in the region, we have joined forces with Amal, a prominent figure in the Taiwanese boating industry.
“With a strong track record in boat sales and service since 2014 and a widespread network of offices, Amal Yachting is the ideal partner to represent the entire Beneteau brand across Taiwan.”
Amal Yachting is a yacht dealership, brokerage and yachting services company that is based in Taiwan and has an office in Hong Kong.
Beneteau says it will work with the Amal team to strengthen the brand’s presence in Taiwan and provide experienced assistance to its customers throughout the year.
